Joy Wave - Tongues
While listening to music, R and I either are reminded of other songs, or try to make a connection to other songs as well as what bands they seem to sound like to us.
This is a song I am obsessed with listening to lately, and damn the music video is interesting as well!
When this song opens up it instantly reminds me of Jefferson Airplane’s White Rabbit song, and then the back vocals sound reminds me somewhat of the Diva’s song from the movie The Fifth Element—sounds nothing like it, just has that feeling to it that reminds me of the Diva when she sings!
Mostly a comparison to sound again and not really sounding like something specific.
