Sometimes when watching TV shows or movies, R and I like to compare celebrities either to other celebrities or to people we know.
Last year when watching the new Godzilla movie, that had Bryan Cranston in it at the beginning at least, I felt that the character Dr. Ishiro Serizawa, played by Ken Watanabe, reminded me of someone. The whole time watching this movie in the theaters I'm trying to pinpoint where I have seen someone who looks like him, it definitely wasn't someone I know, but who.
A long time into the movie it finally hit me when there was almost a close up of Watanabe's face, he looks like a Japanese Jimmy Smits (the actor who plays the character Nero on Sons of Anarchy).
I found those two photos above on google and chose them simply because they are the perfect way to show that they do kind of look like each other. R says he can see where I am coming from, but I'm not totally sure he agrees..
