Carly Rae Jepsen - I Really Like You (this music video is awesome, cause Tom Hanks)
While listening to music, R and I either are reminded of other songs, or try to make a connection to other songs as well as what bands they seem to sound like to us.
This is what R has been listening to lately and honestly I can’t get it out of my head. It’s catchy I have to give her that.
R says it reminds him a lot of
Kiesza - Hideaway and I can see some similarities there.

But what I really agreed with was when R said the song was basically a Taylor Swift song in the beginning then it becomes Icona Pop. Ha! Perfect description! That or, R says, it was a song that was originally written for Katy Perry.
Something else about this song makes me think if Mandy Moore. I’m not sure it it’s the way she’s singing or how she sounds but it really made me want to watch the movie A Walk To Remember.
